“I hope he chokes him unconscious”- Goldberg makes an interesting prediction about WWE Title Match at Summerslam

WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg now remains in the news for some or the other reason. The former WWE Universal Champion recently was in the headlines for expressing the desire to face the current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. He also said he is eagerly waiting to make a return to the company. Now, Goldberg in a recent interview has made his prediction for the high-profile contest between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. It seems that the HOF has decided who should win the match according to him.
Notably, The Hall of Famer has shared a fair amount of history with both opponents. His rivalry with Brock Lesnar started in 2004 when the latter distracted him to get eliminated from the Royal Rumble. This set up their match at Wrestlemania XX, in which Goldberg defeated Lesnar. The history would repeat itself in 2016 when Goldberg would return to beat Lesnar in just 1 minute 26 seconds.

Goldberg chooses his favorite for the ultimate clash at Summerslam
Their final encounter would take place at Wrestlemania 33 where Brock would go on to beat The Universal Champion in a 6-minute match. Though Goldberg’s encounters with Roman Reigns kept getting delayed due to the pandemic, the two finally clashed at Elimination Chamber, which The Big Dog won via submission. Although The HOF waits for his revenge, speaking in an interview with Good Morning Football he made his prediction for the match between The Big Dog and The Beast Incarnate.
Goldberg chose Brock Lesnar to put over Roman Reigns at SummerSlam and said- “I’ve got to with the big boy, I’ve got to go with Brock. You never know what is going to happen when Brock gets in the ring with anybody, let alone Roman. We’ve seen it a couple of times but no matter how many times we’ve seen those two go at it, there’s always going to be something new.” The former Universal Champion went ahead to explain the technicalities that what exactly it means to get in the ring with both the superstars.
He said that he sees a resemblance between him and Brock and even said that he wants The Beast Incarnate to choke the Head of The Table, to get his revenge. He added- “What I like about Brock is that he’s like me, you never know when he’s going to explode or not. So, even though Roman is the d-lineman that went to Georgia Tech, we had the close proximity going to school together, he choked me out the last time we were in the ring. I have to get redemption for that. I hope and pray that Brock chokes him unconscious,”
