Grayson Waller has easily transitioned his way onto the main roster. The former NXT superstar is currently one of the most charismatic wrestlers on SmackDown. Recently, he promulgated that Rhea Ripley is arguably the top star in the WWE. Also, Grayson Waller revealed how Ripley overshadowed Damian Priest due to her popularity among fans.

While speaking on the After The Bell podcast, Waller spoke about the rise of Australian wrestlers in professional wrestling. Therefore, he was quick to use Ripley as an example. The latter is of Australian origin as well. Furthermore, the 33-year-old hilariously mentioned how the Eradicator easily overshadows her Judgment Day teammate, Damian Priest, when they both arrive at a venue.

“He’s the Money in the Bank winner. He’ll get out of his car and all you hear is, ‘Mami, Mami, Mami.’ That poor brother, but it’s great seeing her,” said Grayson. Rhea Ripley is most certainly a top draw for WWE in almost every arena she wrestles in. Moreover, she is one of the promotion’s highest merchandise sellers.

Currently, the Women’s World Champion is feuding with her former ally, Raquel Rodriguez, on Monday Night RAW. Along with that, Mami has recently played the role of peacemaker between Damian and Finn Balor in Judgment Day. Needless to say, she featured prominently on screen due to her undeniable star power.

John Cena made a surprise return to the WWE at Money In The Bank in London. While promising the crowd a future WrestleMania in the city, Waller interrupted Cena. As a result, Cena delivered an Attitude Adjustment to the Aussie wrestler.

During an appearance on the After The Bell podcast, the former NXT superstar revealed how he felt about the moment. First, he revealed that it was surreal sharing the ring with the Cenation Leader. “So being across from him is wild, especially in the O2. The arena was sold out. You guys know how those English fans are; like, that’s a different vibe,” Waller further stated.

As per the 33-year-old, he expects himself to be at places such as this. He believes that standing toe-to-toe with legends such as John Cena is how you grow in the industry. Therefore, when Grayson Waller got into the ring with the 16-time world champion, he looked at him like every other opponent.
