Of course, every wrestler dreams of having a career trajectory quite like The Rock. He’s inarguably epitomized on a wide scale by today’s names who yearn to become the superstars of tomorrow. Potentially moving in the right direction is SmackDown’s very own Grayson Waller. In no time, he’s established himself as one of the major attractions of the blue brand. Specifically, he takes immense pride in holding his talk show, The Grayson Waller Effect.
He’s already had a decorated list of superstars as his guests. However, he would love to add one, and that’s none other than The Brahma Bull himself. Speaking on the Cheap Heat podcast, the 33-year-old talked about the motive behind his talk show at length. Moreover, after having major names like Cody Rhodes and John Cena on it, Waller is now gunning for The Rock.
“This is me testing myself and I want to see where I’m at. I think The Rock is the best and that would be a great test for Grayson Waller, I feel 100%. I can compete and maybe even roll over him, which not many people can say they can do” said Waller. The Aussie icon described how he always remains keen to test himself against the best.
Much to his credit, in his previous encounters with the top stars, Waller has proven that he belongs. One would imagine what The Rock being on Grayson’s talk show could entail. Dubbed the greatest trash-talker of all time, The Great One has already had quite an interaction with Waller on social media.
The Rock made an unexpected WWE return this month
Two weeks ago, The Rock shocked everyone when he made his WWE return on SmackDown. After Pat McAfee and Austin Theory had an initial verbal spat, The People’s Champ unsettled the Ball Arena in Denver through his electrifying entrance. And once he made it into the ring, it was over for Theory. Rock even cajoled the packed house in Colorado to rain some NSFW chants for the guy from A-Town Down.

However, Austin did not completely look out of place. He tried to stand up against The Rock; however, he just couldn’t. The segment ended when both Rock and McAfee drilled the People’s Elbow straight into Theory’s heart. The aftermath of Rock’s unannounced appearance saw a significant spike in SmackDown’s viewership.
Also, The Black Adam star’s clips went viral on WWE’s social media handles, amassing a staggering engagement of 103 million views. Recently, The West Australian reported that there’s a good chance The Rock might compete at the Elimination Chamber next year at the Optus Stadium in Australia.
