Mick Foley has been inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Mick Foley has worked for various promotions and with several industry wrestling federations like WWE, TNA, and Impact Wrestling. As a legend, it’s hard to hear that Foley has few regrets down the line.

Now, Foley has expressed his concerns about these regrets on his own podcast “Foley Is Pods“. Mick Foley has been known for his creative gimmicks and legendary matches in WWE history. Foley has always given his all, from his suicide dive from the top rope or the elbow drop from the top of the Hell in a Cell match by the push of The Undertaker to his debut as the sock-wearing puppet to Mr. McMahon during his hospital stay.

The Hardcore Legend built his character by putting himself on the line for the sake of fans’ excitement. It has come at the cost of his physical well-being, which Foley regrets. Mick Foley commented on his long career on his Foley Is Pod podcast and revealed two major regrets that he wishes he had never done. In non-televised matches, Foley noted that he wished he had never hit elbow drops on the concrete. Moreover, Foley regretted taking so many clean chairs shot to the head.

Mick Foley loved being a professional wrestler, and he proved it multiple times inside the ring. Apart from all the injuries, he has managed to gain lifetime fans, respect, love, and people who idolize him.

One of Foley’s most popular gimmicks was that of Mankind. As Mankind, Foley wore a mask and had a bizarre personality. He was well known for his aggressive wrestling and guts to place his body on the line. Mankind was so popular that he even had his own catchphrase, “Have a nice day!”

Foley also played the character of Cactus Jack, who was even more hardcore than Mankind. Cactus Jack was known for his use of weapons in the ring, and his willingness to take on multiple opponents at once. Moreover, this character was a favorite among fans who loved the extreme side of professional wrestling.

Finally, Foley also played the character of Dude Love, a hippie-style wrestler who was all about peace and love. This character was completely opposite from Foley’s other characters, but it was still a popular one among fans who loved the quirky side of professional wrestling.

Mick Foley has always been idolizing many WWE fans. From Mankind to Cactus Jack to Dude Love, Foley’s gimmicks have entertained fans for years. Whether he was getting hit with a steel chair or jumping off the top rope, Foley was always willing to put his body on the line for the sake of entertainment.
