Cody Rhodes couldn’t finish the story at WrestleMania then at RAW after WrestleMania, he interrupted The Tribal Chief and asked for a rematch. Paul Heyman declined his challenge. Then The American Nightmare proposes a tag team match, which was accepted. The Beast, Brock Lesner then came as his partner and the match was set for the main event.

When the ring bells for the match, Brock Lesner hit an F5 to Cody Rhodes and then Roman and Solo Sikoa left the ring. Brock brutally beat Cody Rhodes with help of steel chairs, trashes him at the announce table ended, and him up with F5 on steel steps in the ring. After that when he was leaving the arena, he fell at the ramp where people started being a bit wacky with him.

Fans made fun of Cody when he fell on the ramp after RAW went off air, fans also called it dramatic. Some fans are also not happy with this storyline because Cody has competed recently at WrestleMania and in RAW he was brutally beaten by Brock Lesner. Everyone has only one question what Brock needs from Cody?

Cody is the son of the great legendary Dusty Rhodes. He debuted in WWE in 2006 and his first match in the promotion was against Pat Buck. He got introduced in the main roaster in 2007 and his first rivalry was with Randy Orton. Later, he won his first title which is the tag team championship. In 2012, he won his first singles title, which was the Intercontinental championship. In 2014 he introduced himself as “Stardust” where he partnered with his step-brother, Goldust, and managed to capture the tag team championship defeating The Usos. WWE fired him in 2016. Between 2016 and 2018 he was a part of TNA, New Japan Pro Wrestling, and Ring of Honour.

Cody makes an entrance in WrestleMania 38 battle with Seth Rollins, where he leaves AEW permanently. The American Nightmare won the 2023 Royal Rumble where he faced Roman Reigns for the WWE championship.
