The WWE Universe’s wait is likely to be over, as there have been reports of Bray Wyatt’s WWE return. Boozer 666 has reported an interesting pitch currently being tossed around for Bray’s comeback. According to the private insider, the company is gearing up to reintroduce Wyatt to their programming sooner rather than later.

As of now, he’s due to return to SummerSlam this year. Also, the Eater of Worlds is supposed to crash one of WWE’s triple main events in Detroit. Following up on Boozer’s report, Xero News added a piece of their own. According to it, Bray Wyatt is expected to interfere in one of the three matches that it reported through a tweet.

The three matches Xero News reported are Brock Lesnar vs Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns vs Jey Uso and Seth Rollins vs Finn Balor. It stated that Wyatt could interfere in any of these three matches. The reports also state that The American Nightmare’s next feud might be against the former Wyatt Family leader.

While fans aren’t willing to believe until it happens, putting Cody against Wyatt would be a highly debatable affair. Wyatt’s previous rivalry against LA Knight has put his opponent on the bigger picture. Therefore, The Eater of Worlds might shock the world at SummerSlam.

If WWE actually ends up having Cody Rhodes against Bray Wyatt, they must stay prepared for unwilling circumstances. Bray’s feuds have a history of worsening the matters for whoever remains on the receiving end. The uncalled spooky elements make it almost impossible for Bray to lose a match. That being said, his opponents usually end up getting buried at the end.

Wyatt disappeared from television on the road to WrestleMania this year. Apparently, he was set to face Bobby Lashley at the Show of Shows. However, due to an undisclosed medical issue, he got off the creative plans. In a new update, Fightful Select has told an entirely different story. According to them, the 36-year-old was set to introduce his own faction.

Moreover, Eric Young was factored in as one of the potential characters in Wyatt’s new stable. However, Young quit WWE due to Vince McMahon’s return to the company. WWE had massive plans for Bray Wyatt, but unfortunately, they were nixed due to Wyatt’s illness.

There’s no word on whether those plans will ever be revisited on a later date. Anyway, it’s really been a tumultuous run for Wyatt since his return at Extreme Rules last year. It would be interesting to see whether he’d resume his alliance with Uncle Howdy or not. Their on-screen relationship remains an unresolved mystery.
