Hulk Hogan is the biggest name in the wrestling industry. He is the biggest wrestler to have ever stepped into the squad circle. WWE has made Hulk Hogan look good in every aspect even with a lackluster finisher Hulk Hogan has already pinned many legendary wrestlers and even competed with a superstar who is much younger than him.
Hulk Hogan has given a lot of controversial comments over the years including his racist statement and many more. He still made it in the good books of wrestling industry fans. The Icon has not been seen in WWE for two to three years but still has a lot of amazing mic skills left in him. Hulk Hogan was mostly a baby face in his career and was not Heeled for much time.
Hulk Hogan repent going in that interview
In 1985 Hulk Hogan was invited to an interview with Mr.T, he was then a babyface and was in a tag team with Mr.T, they both were very famous and the interview was prepared just to promote the WrestleMania of that year but the interview later turned into a huge disaster the interview started normally but take a huge turn soon.
They both appeared on THE HOT PROPERTY show where Richard Belzer took their interview during the duration of that interview Richard was poking Hogan and always asking him from time to time to put him in a wrestling hold. Hogan first thought that he was joking but when he asked many times he refused and said that wrestling hold given to those who are not trained for it can be turned into a disaster at any point in time.
Hogan later gave in to the demand of Belzer and gave him a front chin lock. Hogan put his hands a little tightly which leaded Richard to pass out and after that fell onto the ground and hit his head and injured it. Richard even was warned but still manages to complain a case against Hogan.
Hulk Hogan was charged with an attempt to murder and was going to get fined 5 Million Dollars later Richard and Hogan made the situation good as they took the matter out of court and they settled the case with compensation for the fine given by Hulk to Richard. The amount is unknown till now but this interview was very bad for both Hulk Hogan and WWE.
