Braun Strowman Calls GUNTHER A "Dirtbag" and wants the Intercontinental Championship back as he threatens Gunther in SmackDown.

As the current champion, Gunther, prepares to defend his title, WWE could soon provide another excellent Intercontinental Championship match. ‘The Monster Among Men,’ Braun Strowman, has fired shots at the dominating champion, and it seems he will face him next after Gunther defends his title against Ricochet. He has been seen insulting Gunther on social media. After threatening the Intercontinental Champion, he makes it clear that he sees himself as the next Intercontinental Champion of the WWE.

Braun Strowman had a quite sad relationship with WWE after he was kicked out in 2021, and that was one of the most shocking moments for all the pro wrestling fans around the globe. They couldn’t understand how WWE could treat such a big star, who was at his peak and was a fan favorite in such a bad way. But now that he has returned, WWE might think about reviving his career.

However, Strowman got everything sorted, returned to WWE earlier this year, and has been a significant part of Friday Night SmackDown since then. Strowman wants to focus more on himself, as he has been seen in a feud with the Imperium, and now it seems Braun has decided to give Gunther a huge threat.

In the last episode of the year’s SmackDown, Ricochet and Braun faced off against Imperium’s Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci in a Miracle in a Street Fight match. Strowman looked strong and gave a great performance to win the game. However, Ricochet went home with an injury.

Braun Strowman calls Gunther a Dirtbag

In an interview with WWE anchor, Megan Morant Strowman talks about his current problems with Imperium. Strawman named Gunther a dirtbag and made it clear that he will be the one snatching the Intercontinental title from him, claiming that he deserves to be the one standing with the title.

“Gunther cost me the World Cup tournament. Ricochet took advantage of it and I don’t blame him. Gunther, on the other hand, is an absolute dirtbag.I would love to be the monster to take the title away from your hands and put it where it belongs–around my waist. I’m coming for you, be ready!”

Strowman won his first WWE singles title when he became Intercontinental Champion two years ago. But unfortunately, his title reign didn’t last long, as he lost to Sami Zayn after 1 month and 1 week, and now he wants to add more to his resume.

Gunther has raised the bar for the Intercontinental Championship belt ever since he won it because he has the kind of mentality that can both protect the belt and motivate thousands of others to compete for titles. Years of criticism have resulted in Gunther developing a very popular artistic philosophy, and a championship match between him and Strowman, who is a modern Hulk, will be a match not to be missed.
