The WWE has reached a new milestone this day. The ongoing Vince McMahon return rumors have finally turned out to be true. The former CEO announced his return to the company after issuing a press release warning to keep the company hostage. With regular updates on the matter, the WWE Universe wants to know if the news of Vince selling WWE is legitimate.

Vince McMahon expressed his desire to return to WWE as the ‘Executive Chairman’. The current Board of Directors weren’t up for the idea that Vince suggested. Doing so would mean handing over absolute control of the company in Vince’s hand. Being the major shareholder of the company, McMahon threatened to stop supporting all the media rights of the company.

This led WWE’s Board of Directors to a do-or-die situation. After the rumors gained heat, multiple personalities gave their take on Vince’s return and everyone seemed to be in a not-so-happy state of mind. Reports claimed that the Board of Directors held a meeting to discuss the ongoing situation. The outcome of the meeting was soon made public. 

WWE agreed to multiple terms and conditions and welcomed Vince McMahon, Michelle Wilson and George Barrio on board with immediate effect with an aim to maximize the shareholding effect. Since Vince has accepted the offer as one of the most integral parts of the management, it has made it clear to multiple people that he won’t sell the company in recent times.

The WWE stocks are on a constant rise since the news of Vince selling the company made it to the headlines. This news has left the WWE Universe as well as the shareholders in the midst of shockwaves. The current stocks have risen by 21% considering the stats of this day. WWE today stands at a worth of 6.49 billion USD.

Vince McMahon is a man of his will. While he was at the top position in the company, he did not consider thinking twice before taking out multiple superstars from its contracts. With an exceptional business mind, Vince can go to the extent of selling the company for his benefit. He has already revealed his mind when he thought of the idea and it will take no time for him to put his plan into action.
