The Bloodline’s saga escalated in a huge way on SmackDown this week. Initially, Roman Reigns and company occupied the ring for the main event. Then Reigns asked Paul Heyman about Jimmy Uso. Paul said he didn’t know, but he did talk to Jimmy that morning. It was then that Jimmy appeared out of nowhere behind their backs before entering the ring.
Roman talked a big game and decided to reward Jimmy for his actions at SummerSlam. Wiping the chuckle out of Roman’s face, Jim said what he did in Detroit had nothing to do with Reigns. During the conversation, Jey Uso also made his way out with a loud pop. He went straight into Jimmy’s face and asked for an explanation. Responding to that, Jimmy said that he betrayed him at SummerSlam because he loves Jey.
Jimmy Uso said that if Jey emerged victorious, then he would have become the new Tribal Chief. And Jimmy didn’t let that happen because he was scared that Jey would eventually inherit Roman Reigns-like qualities. That said, Jim was worried about the future of The Usos so he had to stop his twin brother from possibly becoming a clone copy of his narcissistic cousin, Roman Reigns.
Jimmy left the ring with Roman Reigns, laughing out loud at the scenes. Reigns said Jey messed everything up because he’s a hothead. As a result, the former Right Hand Man landed a superkick on the Tribal Chief. Then he stopped Jimmy and it appeared as if they were about to hug it out. However, as Jimmy extended his arms, Jey cracked his face too with a superkick. Then, Jey Uso exclaimed that he’s done with everything and that he’s out of The Bloodline and WWE.
Rikishi could get involved in the ongoing turmoil between Jimmy and Jey Uso

At this point, it’s pretty much obvious that a father needs to intervene in order to resolve the disputes between his sons. That said, The Usos could have their Hall of Fame dad, Rikishi, return soon. Over the past few months, there’s been significant speculation regarding Rikishi’s involvement in The Bloodline’s tale. However, when it comes down to his sons, Jimmy and Jey, Rikishi needs to arrive soon.
The Samoan legend promoted one of his upcoming meet-and-greet appearances on X. The event is scheduled for August 26 between 11am and 5pm EST. However, what grabbed everyone’s attention was a tagline that read, “COME MEET RIKISHI BEFORE HE REFEREES AT PAYBACK.” What that possibly entails is that the event promoter spilled the beans over Rikishi’s imminent WWE return.
