Former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon recently resigned from his position following accusations of sexual harassment and trafficking. A former WWE employee, Janel Grant, filed a lawsuit against McMahon. Many superstars and officials gave their opinions on this incident, and now veteran Jim Ross has also given his final opinion on it. 

Good Ol’ JR spoke on the Grilling JR podcast and described this event as very unfortunate and embarrassing. He further added that this incident affected a lot of innocent people, and it shouldn’t have happened. Jim stated that they all should move on from this so the affected people can finally find some peace and rest.

Vince recently sold another $411 million worth of shares of his TKO stock. As per Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, the former chairman still possesses 9% of TKO stock or 15 million shares. Due to the accusations, McMahon was forced to step down from all his roles as the threat of the company’s sponsors pulling out loomed large.

Along with the former chairman, superstars like Brock Lesnar were allegedly also involved in it, as per the accusations. Vince reacted to the allegations made against him by denying them all and saying he would vigorously defend himself. The 78-year-old is slowly finding himself getting deep into the controversies; only time will tell what will be the next chapter in this story.

Jim Ross expressed his opinions on the match between Will Ospreay and Konosuke Takeshita

Although the AEW Revolution was all about Sting‘s retirement match, the match between Will Ospreay and Konosuke Takeshita certainly stole the show. According to many fans, this match was one of the contenders for the match of the year. Jim Ross was behind the commentary table at that time and gave his honest opinions on that match.

The 72-year-old talked about the match on the Grilling JR podcast and praised both superstars by recognizing them as special talents. Although he admitted that he didn’t think the match would be that good, it certainly exceeded his expectations. The Good Ol’ JR assured that they would be even better as they evolved and matured. 

"It was spectacular, it was better than I envisioned it might be. Ospreay is a special talent. AEW fans have some great things to look forward to regarding Ospreay and Takeshita. Both of them are young and still evolving and getting better every time out."

Jim described his experience at AEW Revolution when he reunited with his old friends like Sting and Ric Flair as a ‘feel good night’. He suffered a black eye due to a fall and stepped away from AEW for further surgery. The veteran finally made his return at AEW Revolution and even commented on Sting’s last match.
