The Genetic Jackhammer Vince McMahon has been an absolute juggernaut when it comes to taking his business to the next level. His quintessential business of WWE has made him a megastar, with the pride of evolving the company to a billion dollars worth. Kurt Angle and Joe Rogan discussed the same in the latter’s podcast.
They were enchanted by how Vince McMahon made it possible in the past four decades and rules the industry right now. The Wrestling Machine was a guest on The Joe Rogan Experience, where the host talked about Mr. McMahon being a workhorse. Kurt Angle stated that Vince is in his 70s but still works seven days a week.
The WWE Hall of Famer cited, “Even when he’s on vacation, he makes his writers go down to the vacation with him! “They’re (WWE writers) either sitting in the hotel room or beach, talking about work. He is working 24/7!” Kurt Angle even mentioned the daily routine of the Executive Chairman.
He said that he works even at midnight and sleeps for just 2 hours to repeat the work cycle the next day. The comedian and vivid wrestling fan Tony Hinchcliffe also stated that Vince is “The Real Deal!”. He said, “He’s created an entire Universe that generations have favorite people and things that have happened!”
He highlighted Vince McMahon’s four-decade effort in evolving WWE into a major pop culture phenomenon with a dedicated fanbase. McMahon, who bought WWE from his father in 1982 for $1 million, transformed it into a billion-dollar empire. After merging with the UFC, the Stamford-based WWE now has a $9 billion valuation.
Kurt Angle never considered Vince McMahon would sell WWE
The same podcast saw Kurt Angle explain that he never thought that Vince McMahon would sell WWE. WWE CEO Nick Khan might have made the deal with Endeavor. Nonetheless, the founder’s input was essential too. Kurt stated that Vince put his heart and soul into it, and the sale was an absolute shocker to him.

“I thought we would have to take it prior to his cold dead hands!” said Angle regarding the WWE-UFC merger. The WWE legend thought McMahon was going to keep the company forever after handling it for four decades. They mentioned how his work ethic brought him to the top and made the company what it is today.
Joe Rogan mentioned, “Nobody becomes that successful unless they are fu*king driven!”. Angle agreed to it and responded, saying that nobody would work harder than McMahon at his age. The conversation slowed down as all of them praised Vinnie Mac, astonished over him being an incredible human being.
