Following the event, John Cena and LA Knight sat down in a press conference to talk about their first match as a tag team and if they had another tag match on the horizon.
They defeated Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa in an incredible tag team match. When asked about the future of the tandem, Cena teased, “We’re undefeated. I think that’s all I’m going to say about that.” This has fans speculating if the two will challenge for the Undisputed Tag Team Championships. Moreover, Knight answered, “We’re on a streak already.”
At Fastlane, Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso defeated the team of Finn Balor and Damian Priest for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships. Therefore, after Cena and Knight’s responses about their future, fans are speculating that it could be a subtle tease about the duo going for the tag titles.
Currently, rumors speculate that the plans for John Cena and LA Knight have already been decided for the coming months. There has been speculation that John Cena will face Solo Sikoa.
