The Cenation Leader, John Cena, is one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. He has a Hall of Fame-worthy career and has been a 16-time World Champion. Now, Cena is all set to receive a huge honor from outside of WWE.
The NCAA is honoring John Cena with the Silver Anniversary Award. It is an award given to people on the 25th anniversary of concluding their career in college sports. The Cenation Leader has been bestowed with a lot of honors and awards throughout his career. This award will be a big moment for John Cena, as it will be a callback to all his achievements in and out of WWE.
The nomination for the awards is submitted by the administrator at the awardees’ undergraduate institutions. Moreover, along with John Cena, five others are also going to be honored by the NCAA with the Silver Anniversary Award. The recipients of 2024 include Nicole Aunapu Mann, Jerry Azumah, Shannon Boxx, John Cena, Misty May-Treanor, and Cindy Parlow Cone.
John Cena has achieved almost everything there is in WWE. He has been the face of the company for a long time. Moreover, Cena has been honored with similar awards earlier as well. In 2009, Cena was awarded the Key to his hometown of Texas.
MJF expressed his respect for John Cena
MJF is one of the best superstars in AEW. He is the current AEW Champion and has been at the top of the pile in the promotion. Recently, he caught up with John Cena on the red carpet of Iron Claw. The two stars had an interaction with each other. The interaction generated a lot of buzz among the fans. Now, MJF shared his views on the interaction and revealed that he looks at WWE icons.
In an interview with SEScoops, MJF stated that John Cena gave him a lot of respect during their interaction. He added that, for him, Cena has always been a role model. Moreover, the Cenation Leader has been a role model for everyone in professional wrestling today. In essence, Maxwell praised John for teaching people the value of hard work.

John Cena has been one of the biggest professional wrestlers. During his last appearance, he faced Solo Sikoa at Crown Jewel. It is going to be interesting to see when Cena will return to WWE next time.
