“We will always be linked together” – Johnny Gargano compares his bond with Former NXT Champion to that of the two WWE Legends

Johnny Gargano has the potential to be a major star in the company one day and the Former NXT Champion feels he is at the right place now after his return to the WWE. Johnny Gargano aims to hold all the secondary Championships in the WWE as well as wants to become the WWE Champion one day.
Johnny Gargano shares a great equation with the current Chief Content Officer Triple H as he has worked under The Game and Shawn Michaels at the NXT. Gargano calls the wrestling legends as his wrestling dads and is grateful towards them for the opportunity he has had in his career.
Johnny Gargano is now involved in a rivalry with Austin Theory as Gargano attacked his former ally on the night of his return to the WWE. Johnny had his first match after the return against Chad Gable and defeated Gable successfully but he was attacked by Austin with the MITB briefcase after his win.
It would be exciting to see former allies fight against each other. Gargano’s rivalry with Tommaso Ciampa in NXT is regarded as one of the best feuds of all time in NXT and it was also awarded the Feud of the year award in 2018. Former tag team partners had become enemies and it corroborated with the tag Friends became foes.
Recently, Johnny Gargano appeared on WWE Die Woche, where he spoke about his relationship with Ciampa. He said that him and Ciampa have been linked forever and they will be linked even if they won’t worked in the same company. Gargano said that D.I.Y will always be linked together and even though he doesn’t compare themselves with Shawn Michaels and Triple H, he feels they both are like the wrestling legends.
“You never know. Me and Tommaso [Ciampa] obviously have been linked forever. As long as we are both in the same company, even if we’re not in the same company, I think we will always be linked together. I think D.I.Y. will always be linked together the same way you think about — luckily, I’m not comparing us to them but I mean, look at Shawn Michaels and Triple H.”

Chad Gable has been a terrific performer in the WWE, Being an Amateur wrestler who competed in the 2012 Olympics, Gable was signed to WWE in 2013 and has developed himself into a WWE Superstar.
Gable’s gimmick and character work as a comedic heel is loved by the WWE Universe and we can’t wait to see what he does in the future. Currently he teams with Otis and they both are a tag team called the Alpha Academy, he has won the Tag Team Championship with Otis once.
Recently Johnny Gargano defeated Chad Gable on RAW, which marked Gargano’s first bout after his return. Gargano recently spoke with WWE Deutschland, where he spoke about Gable. Gargano said that Chad Gable is one of the underrated wrestlers in the world and he is very honest in sating the word “world”.
