“WWE’s creative process SUCKS” When Jon Moxley aka Dean Ambrose blasted Vince McMahon for pushing him towards depression and anxiety

Jon Moxley also known as Dean Ambrose popularly for his time in WWE, is always outspoken about his release from the company and the issues he had with the management. But in a particular interview with Chris Jericho on his podcast Talk is Jericho, The lunatic fringe went all in to thrash WWE’s creative team and Vince McMahon.
Showing his disappointment with his character Moxley said that if he wanted to change something in the script then he had to directly take approval from Vince. Then there were also continuous arguments about the Lunatic fringe gimmick for Ambrose as The former shield member said he wanted some change for good.
Moxley said – “They weren’t things that a cool person does, that a relatable person does, that a guy you want to have a beer with does, not even things a guy you would root for does.” He then said Vince liked what the writers and creative team was presenting to him whereas he thought that this was the stuff which an idiot would do. Jon Moxley recalled that he would have to waste an ample amount of time to get scripts approved by Vince after he suggested a change, thus wasting a golden opportunity to develop characters and storylines.
Jon Moxley said that the argument with Vince McMahon lead him to physical, emotional and mental exhaustion

Moxley exclaimed – “We’re all just in self-preservation mode trying to not look like idiots instead of creating good things.” Jon Moxley said that the hectic process of dealing with the team of creatives just before every show pushed him towards anxiety and depression. Moxley described it as a physical, mental and emotional exhaustion. Moxley would then go on to blast WWE writers for mocking Roman Reigns’ real life cancer diagnosis and asking him to make controversial comments about it during a segment.
He revealed that though he did one of the segments but it felt painful after delivering the promo that how he could say this about his friend. Moxley would then reveal that he was asked to speak such an offensive line which he couldn’t repeat even at the interview. He said that if he had spoken the line he could’ve been fired for it’s nature and the one who wrote it should be ashamed of it.
Jon Moxley told Jericho – “I don’t know who wrote it. I don’t know if it was Vince himself. If it was a writer and you’re listening right now, you should be ashamed of yourself. If I’d said it, it would have been on me, not Vince.” He would then go on to tell how Brock Lesnar is ruining the company and how much money Vince spends bringing him to the company.
However, Moxley also clarified the fact that he is grateful to WWE for his time in the company but also clearly stated the fact that he didn’t leave the company to join AEW. Jon Moxley said that even if no rival promotion would’ve existed he would’ve still left the company. He also said that the creative process of the company is destroying the core of the company and it is Vince’s fault. Moxley said- “The WWE’s creative process sucks. It does not work. I’ve said that to Vince, I’ve said that to Hunter, I’ve said to Michael Hayes.”
