Karrion Kross and Roman Reigns
Following Triple H’s takeover of the WWE’s creative division, Karrion Kross has emerged as one of the company’s top performers. However, it appears that despite losing his important bout against Drew McIntyre at the WWE Premium Live Event Crown Jewel, he still lacks much ring credibility.
Karrion did not lose the match through pinfall or submission since Drew managed to escape the cage first, giving him victory. After this match, Karrion maintained his confidence in himself by recently commenting on Roman Reigns, the current WWE Undisputed Universal Champion, who just successfully defended his title against Logan Paul.
In an interview with The Sun, Kross responded to the champion by stating that Roman Reigns has been unbeaten for more than two years at this point and that if someone defeats him, they will not only be the winner but also be responsible for ending Roman Reigns’ epic two-year title run.
Karrion Kross said that this would be a great achievement and I am planning to be the one to beat Roman to become that career-changing title winner. Kross said, “I think the very first person that pins Roman Reigns is going to have a career-changing situation occurring for themselves. Not only will they become champion, but they are finally beating someone who has been undefeated for over two years.”
Is Karrion Kross and Drew McIntyre not finished yet?
In the same interview, Karrion Kross even claimed that Drew McIntyre was the only other opponent he thought had a chance of defeating Roman, the current champion. For this reason, Kross has been attempting to get inside McIntyre’s head for the past two months.
Kross believes that in order to beat Drew McIntyre to the WWE Undisputed Championship in the future, he should first find out how to win the World Championship. It would be amazing to watch Kross do this while Drew is preoccupied with the conflict.
Even with Scarlett’s assistance, Kross has only been able to defeat McIntyre once in their two previous encounters. It appears that this rivalry will continue for some time to come in an effort to determine which of the two men is the superior man.
