The ongoing week on WWE’s calendar has been a rare one. For the first time, they didn’t hold a live taping for Raw or even SmackDown due to the holiday season. And it appears like the Superstars are having a fun time. Recently, on X, former WWE Champion Kofi Kingston indulged in a perplexing banter with a fan, threatening the account to be reported to Elon Musk.

What happened was that an account posted a truncated clip from Kofi Kingston’s Intercontinental Championship match against Wade Barrett that happened on Raw back in 2013. The night did not bode well for Kofi, as he succumbed to Bad News Barrett. The video clip caught Kofi’s attention, and he replied:

Of course, Kingston said those words in a light-hearted manner. At the moment, the former WWE Champion is thriving without the services of Xavier Woods and Big E, who’s still feeling those ripple effects from a broken neck.

Speaking of Woods, he’s been out of action since the November 27 edition of Raw. A recent report from PWInsider cleared the air. Xavier was sidelined due to some minor ruptures and is not expected to be away for a long time.

He’s penciled in for a comeback in the first two weeks of January. That means Kofi Kingston will soon have his New Day brother up and running. There’s nothing concrete about the condition of Big E. Though he has gotten better, there’s no certainty that he will wrestle again. He’s been out of action since March of last year.

The moment Triple H confirmed Fightful’s report of nailing down a former WWE Champion to appear at this Monday’s Day 1 special, the fans started buzzing with excitement. Everyone’s wondering who that could be.

Some believe that Big E might be the one to come back and reunite with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods. However, an excerpt from Fightful’s report suggests that the said superstar is not on the current roster.

WWE CCO Triple H also posted on X that he’s not going to confirm or deny the swirling rumors, but he sure would tune into Raw: Day 1 to find that out. If Big E doesn’t meet that criteria, maybe The Game is talking about his good old friend, Dave Bautista, who’s long overdue for a Hall of Fame induction.
