WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle recounted the most notorious name during his time in the Ruthless Aggression Era. While speaking in his podcast, Angle mentioned John Bradshaw Layfield as the most disliked guy on the entire roster. The WWE legend revealed that JBL would bully everyone and called the latter ‘the least liked’ person in the locker room.

Furthermore, Kurt Angle admitted that JBL bullied other superstars for many years. Incidents such as not allowing The Miz to use the locker room and busting open Blue Meanie all contributed to his image as a bully. He was also involved in many of the wrestler’s court incidents, along with the likes of The Undertaker.

Kurt Angle praised JBL for being the ‘best heel’ during the Ruthless Aggression Era. Angle said that most of the guys in the locker room at that time were ‘pi**ed off’ at JBL. Nevertheless, John had one of the best careers in WWE, working as a heel. He was able to draw heat from the audience without any effort.

JBL retired from WWE in 2009 and returned as a commentator two years later. He returned again to WWE programming as Baron Corbin’s manager in October 2022, which only lasted till February 2023. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as part of the “Class of 2020” in 2021.

WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle believes that LA Knight is the ‘most over guy’ with the fans at the moment. Speaking on The Kurt Angle Show podcast, the WWE veteran said that the fans are excited for Knight because the latter has the vibe of an ‘Attitude Era’ character.

Angle has previously worked with LA Knight back in TNA but never knew how good the latter was until now. Furthermore, he praised the Megastar for his charisma and mic skills. Knight has been compared to the likes of The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin in terms of charisma and mic skills.

The 40-year-old recently won the Slim Jim Battle Royal match at SummerSlam 2023. He turned into a babyface after starting a feud with The Miz on RAW. LA Knight’s popularity has been soaring at a galloping speed and he is one of the most-cheered superstars currently in the roster.
