“Piece of s*** move,” LA Knight lashes out at Triple H’s close friend’s rip-off remarks of him
Kevin Nash has been highly reproving of LA Knight.

LA Knight has come a long way since when he was merely considered a ‘Stone Cold wannabe’ or The Rock‘s ‘rip-off’. One of WWE CCO Triple H‘s close allies, namely Hall of Famer Kevin Nash, was a main critic of Knight’s shtick. Back in July, Big Daddy Cool alluded to Knight being a downplayed version of The Great One. After months of staying quiet, the SmackDown star has finally broken the ice.
The 41-year-old recently spoke with the Gorilla Position. LA said he never reached out to Kevin Nash about the contentious remarks he made a while ago. However, The Defiant One did have a word or two with Kevin’s friends, who told him not to take Nash’s words seriously. Further, the former Eli Drake accused Nash of trying to take food off his table with the kind of verbiage he used. And what Knight thought was a “piece of s***” move.
Knight’s ascend to stardom didn’t happen overnight. Despite WWE’s initial attempt to keep jobbing him out to others, the fans simply rejected the move. That groundswell did the magic, and that’s all ‘The Megastar’ needed. In September, he stuck it back to Kevin Nash.
In a certain sense, there is one part of me that’s like, if this guy wants to take food off my table, that’s cool. It’s a piece of sh*t move, but that’s cool.LA Knight on Kevin Nash’s criticism of him
During one of his in-ring segments on SmackDown, Knight did a wordplay for Nash’s infamous WCW promo from 1996, where he mistakenly said that “play” was an adjective. Knight and Nash have never interacted on WWE television. It would be interesting to see if they bump into each other on any of WWE’s “blast from the past” nights.
LA Knight’s loathing for AJ Styles might lead them to WrestleMania
It needs to be admitted that LA Knight‘s on-screen time has taken a dip of late. That’s got to be one of his pet peeves. And he recently voiced his displeasure with the way he’s been booked in the past.
Nonetheless, it seems that he might just make the cut for WrestleMania 40. The man with whom he’s probably going to tango on the grandest stage is still ducking him.
And that’s none other than AJ Styles. He’s the same guy who traveled across the globe just to cost The Megastar at the Elimination Chamber in Perth. This past week on SmackDown, Knight smashed a television screen as a way to vent his frustrations on The Phenomenal One.
