Former WWE Superstar Lacey Evans has quietly parted ways with WWE. She changed her X bio to “FKA WWE Superstar Lacey Evans,” and also posted a picture on Instagram with a caption referring to her departure. Evans also changed her in-ring name to her real name, Macey Estrella, on her social media handles. Moreover, WWE has moved her to the alumni section on the official website, which confirms her WWE exit.
Therefore, now fans are wondering what is next for the former US Army veteran. One thing that female superstars do after moving on from WWE is create an OnlyFans account and make a respectable amount of money from the platform. From her recent posts on X, it looks like Evans might also be heading in the same direction.
To this, the 33-year-old responded with only emojis, teasing that she might actually have plans to open an OF account. Lacey Evans has previously posted a few pictures of her smoldering body. Therefore, if she opens an OF account, fans will undoubtedly rush to see it. Fans will have to wait and see what Evans will do after parting ways with WWE after almost seven years of working on different brands in the promotion.
Lacey Evans has been on the main roster since 2019 and has had feuds with Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, and other main event superstars. However, she did not create any impact during her time as she could not connect with the audience as a heel or as a babyface. The 33-year-old has been married for over ten years and has two daughters.
Potential reason why Lacey Evans left WWE
Since coming to the main roster, Lacey Evans has been pushed to be one of the top heels in the company, feuding with the likes of Becky Lynch. Lynch was at the peak of her popularity, and Evans was put against her to make her look like a credible heel. However, their feud did not create the spark that WWE wanted, thus hurting both their careers. Evans similarly had a lackluster feud with Charlotte Flair before she took a hiatus for her second pregnancy in 2021.

When she returned to WWE a year later, Evans went through a character change, and WWE started dropping vignettes and promos about Evans. She was seen as more inclined toward her military roots, and her character was shown as an empathetic American babyface. However, she went through a change again and turned heel, which confused the fans.
This went on for months as random appearances and a lack of proper storylines impeded her WWE run. She failed to create any connection with the audience, and nothing worked for her despite WWE repackaging her every time. Therefore, the decision to part ways with WWE did not surprise anyone due to multiple reasons, poor fan support being a major one.
