“My foot was this close” Liv Morgan discusses how she almost made herself out of the Extreme Rules match
Liv Morgan at Smackdown
One of the few WWE underdogs who has successfully established herself as a star across the entire organisation is Liv Morgan. With the WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship in her possession for a few months now and a respectable run, she has been at the top of the Smackdown brand.
The next WWE Premium Live event Extreme Rules will feature Liv Morgan defending her championship against the rowdy Ronda Rousey in an Extreme Rules bout. This battle is expected to be one of the best of the evening because Ronda is presently Liv’s strongest threat.

Liv Morgan showed some aggression against Lacey Evans on Smackdown
On a recent Smackdown broadcast, Liv Morgan faced off against Lacey Evans in a one-on-one match. Liv Morgan prevailed, then viciously beat up Lacey Evans. She even set up a table outside the ring and hit Lacey Evans with a maneuver that took her from the top of the rope to the outside of the ring.
Although the moment was incredible, Liv recently admitted that her leg was dangerously close to the announcer’s table at the time, and that she came within a few centimetres of injuring herself, being sidelined as a result, and even being forced to forfeit her match at WWE Extreme Rules.
Liv Morgan claimed that she didn’t give her 10-foot jump any second thought and made the decision on the spot. This was a horrible decision since, although she just escaped injury, it might have been disastrous for her current title reign as well.
Liv Morgan said, “‘Obviously, I wasn’t thinking! I wasn’t thinking and I don’t think that you even can think about things like that. There was such a margin for error. ‘I watched it back, and my foot was this close to the announce table and I was like, “Man, if I had just jumped a little bit harder I might have broken my ankle and wouldn’t have been able to compete at Extreme Rules”.
