Last Smackdown was one of the descent shows after Triple H took over as the show did not have major events and even more than that all the typical things happened to promote the feuds and matches going to happen in the next WWE Premium event Extreme Rules which is going to take place soon.

It consisted of Damage CTRl coming to Smackdown and giving a whole promo about their group and how they are one of the most deserving women on the WWE roaster. On the other side, Liv Morgan went to Ronda Rousey to promote their match at Extreme Rules and add a huge stipulation to that match.

It is now discovered that Liv was not originally planned to have a chat with, Ronda Rousey, for adding the Extreme Rules stipulation and she was listed to be in the internally for the Damage CTRL promo but these plans were later canceled and a new angle was made to promote her match.

Now she is currently the only woman to pin Ronda twice in a wrestling ring but she is also going to be defending her title against Ronda once again at the Extreme Rules and now a new stipulation was added which means it will be an Extreme Rules match no disqualification will take place.
