“Her journey to glory is about to start”- WWE Universe absolutely thrilled with Liv Morgan winning the Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match

WWE presented this year’s Money in the Bank premium live event tonight which emanated from the MGM Grand Garden Arena located in Paradise, Nevada. One of the most hyped-up match on the entire card was the Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match the participants of which included Becky Lynch, Liv Morgan, Alexa Bliss, Raquel Rodriguez, Shotzi, Lacey Evans and Asuka. To a change in usual pattern, this year’s ladder match including both the categories have 7 competitors in them.

Every woman who was in the match earned their rights to be in that after going through various qualification matches on Raw and Smackdown. Lacey Evans was the first one to qualify while the Big Time Becks Becky Lynch earned her spot at last in a Last-chance qualifying match this past week on Monday Night Raw. Last Night on Smackdown, WWE held a 6 woman tag team match between Morgan, Bliss and Asuka Vs. Rodriguez, Shotzi and Lacey in which Liv Morgan pinned Shotzi to pick up a win for her side. After the match, Lynch who was sitting on the commentary table performed a manhandle slam on Asuka.

The match started with a fast pace as all the participants except for Becky and Asuka went straight to grab ladders inorder to make that climb as soon as possible. Some of the notable spots of the match include Becky Lynch’s top of the ladder leg drop over Asuka who was layed over another ladder near the commentary table. Shotzi also shined in at moments of the match and so as Raquel Rodriguez who over powered many women multiple times during the match.

Alexa Bliss was also looking like she could win this thing but the ending of the match came when Becky Lynch brought up a ladder to make the climb to the top but Liv Morgan came outta nowhere to stop her and placed another comparatively small ladder side by side. Becky pushed Liv to the ropes but ahe bounced back off the ropes displaying her athleticism and threw Becky off the ladder. She then quickly made the climb and grabbed the prestigious Money in the Bank briefcase to a thunderous crowd reaction.
