He would then engage in an argument with Sami resulting in Logan to accompany Kevin Owens against Zayn at Wrestlemania 37 which Owens was able to win but soon turned on his ringside partner and attacked Logan. He would then return at the time of Wrestlemania 38 where he would team up with The Miz to face the Mysterios at the grandest stage of them all.
The Miz and Logan would go on to win the match following great teamwork but The A-Lister would soon turn on Logan as he would hit him with a skull-crushing finale thus turning on him to ignite a new feud which recently culminated at Summerslam. WWE Hall of Famer DDP recently remembered his first meeting the social media star and concluded that he could tell Paul was clearly not a fan.
DDP explained on his show DDP Snake Pit– “We were in the elevator and I could tell that he wasn’t a fan from being a kid. He shook my hand and I said, ‘Let’s do a picture.’ ‘Let’s do the diamond cutter [hand sign]’, and he said, ‘No, I don’t do that.’ ‘It’s a gang sign. I got sued over that.’
The Hall of Famer then went on to explain that Logan is a big social media star and had been sued over in the past for doing a gang sign publicly which resembled DDP’s hand sign. The legend said he understood Logan and even praised him for trying something different to stay in the mainstream. At last DDP and Paul clicked the picture and DDP said- “Don’t worry about it’, so we took the picture,”.
