SummerSlam 2023 kicked off with an athletic match between Logan Paul and Ricochet. The match was expected to be a banger, and it surely delivered on fans’ expectations. But the outcome of the match saw Samantha Irvin announce The Maverick as the winner while seeing her partner lose. This incident was brought up by Paul during his podcast, and he praised both Ricochet and Irvin for their professionalism.

Speaking on his Impaulsive podcast, The Maverick stated that his match at SummerSlam was fun. He then mentioned the clip of their match that went viral and had Samantha’s presence in it. The Social Media Megastar said that the clip shows the sadness and despair on Irvin’s face while announcing him as the winner instead of Ricochet. However, Paul praised her for doing it with the same energy with which she announces others.

Logan Paul stated that the video gained over 30 million views on social media, making it, one way or another, a viral match. He then praised Ricochet, stating his in-ring dynamics. The Maverick expressed his excitement about what’s next for him in his WWE career. Paul even mentioned his boxing return, which will take place this year in October.

The PRIME Card event happening on October 14 will feature Logan Paul’s return to boxing. The Misfits’ boxing event will be held at the AO Arena in Manchester with him fighting Dillon Danis. KSI is also advertised to fight a mysterious opponent in the semi-main event of the show.

But in between, The Maverick brought up the fact that he will be setting his sights on Fury if he takes down KSI in Manchester. He recalled how Tommy’s match with Jake also resulted in the latter’s split-decision loss.

Thus, to avenge his brother’s loss, Logan can be seen stepping forward to challenge Fury. But before that, KSI is set to take him at their PRIME Card event. While Logan is set to fight Dannis, it could be viewed as a professional boxing match for him or just an exhibition bout that comes with no good records for him.
