SummerSlam 2022 was an ecstatic event, to say the least. The biggest party of the summer saw some epic matches, unexpected returns, and absolute carnage. One of the most heated matches on the card was Logan Paul taking on The Miz. The rivalry started at WrestleMania 38, with Miz turning on his former tag team partner. And then why reports came that Logan had signed with WWE a multi-year contract, it was anticipated that the social media will feud with The Top A-Lister in the company.
While both exchanged verbal insults on social media, Logan made it clear that he was coming for the former WWE Champion. After the match was made official between the two at Summerslam, it was being said that Logan can pull off a good show but his inexperience would fall short in front of a highly experienced Miz who is a multi-time champion.

But on the contrary, defying everybody’s expectations Logan Paul put on a great show and even managed to defeat The Miz with a little help from The Phenomenal AJ Styles after Miz’s allies Ciampa and Maryse tried to interfere in the match. Logan showed some agility early on in the match thus shocking The Miz and many fans around the world.
His Frog Splash from the top rope to the commentator’s table was appreciated by many as it became one of the highlights of Summerslam. The social media star would then give The Miz a taste of his own medicine when he hit him with a Star Crushing Finale to secure the victory.
In an exclusive interview with WWE.com, Logan revealed that this is one of the greatest moments in his lifetime and will remember it for a long time. He also said that he was exhausted after what went down last night and called WWE an “incredible sport”. At last, he said it feels great to complete his childhood dream in front of 50,000 fans in Nashville and he is extremely proud of it.
