Dominik Mysterio with The Judgement Day
WWE finally answered the calls of their fans and turned Dominik Mysterio a heel superstar at Clash at the Castle when he shockingly low-blowed Edge and clotheslined his own father Rey Mysterio. The deafening crowd reaction was evident enough to identify that everyone absolutely loved the unexpected swerve and it was pretty well executed too.
The following week on Raw, an enraged Rated-R Superstar came down to the ring with straight fire in his eyes and immediately turned his attention towards Dominic calling him out immediately but he instead got a hurt father come out in the form of Rey who was still taking his son’s side requesting Edge to drop his intentions about young Dominik.
The Hall of Famer then made some valid points stating that Dom is now old enough to drink and drive and hence he should be held responsible for each of his actions. Rhea Ripley interrupted the convo and introduced a whole different Dominic Mysterio to everyone who was completely draped in black and demonic persona with a grin on his face.
Edge will take on Dominik Mysterio this week on WWE Raw
After last week’s chaos and family drama it seems like Dominik has whole heartedly agreed to join the forces with The Judgement Day and the aftermath has set up a one on one date for him with Edge tonight on Monday Night Raw live from the Moda Centre in Portland.
Also, what could be an interesting turn of events in this storyline featuring Mysterio, Edge and The Judgement Day both Rey and Dominik Mysterio visited Asheville this weekend and speculation is running that they might’ve shot something on Edge’s house which is located there. We’ll have to wait and see what WWE have in store for this interesting saga.
