Less than a month ago, Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso mercilessly ambushed AJ Styles. The former WWE Champion was eventually stretchered out due to the damage caused by The Bloodline duo. He has been written off from television ever since. However, a recent report suggests that The Phenomenal One could be arriving at the blue brand anytime soon.
According to the latest report by Ringside News, the injury AJ Styles incurred on the September 22 edition of SmackDown is merely for storyline purposes. A member of the WWE creative team allegedly indicated that the 46-year-old would be back in the mix in the coming weeks. He will likely insert himself into The Bloodline’s storyline, looking for vengeance.
The Phenomenal One was in a heated feud with Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso throughout September. Styles even collided with Sikoa and Uso in singles action for two consecutive weeks. The former subsequently aligned with his old-time rival John Cena to take on The Bloodline members.
Nearly three weeks ago, a contract signing was scheduled for setting up a tag team match at Fastlane. However, Sikoa obliterated Styles before he could even reach the ring.LA Knight subsequently filled his spot and battled the Bloodline at Fastlane. Thus, it is going to be interesting to see how AJ Styles’ WWE return will unfold in the coming weeks.
Possible AJ Styles feud after his potential return to WWE SmackDown
WWE’s upcoming premium live event in Saudi Arabia will take place on November 4 this year. With Crown Jewel being only three weeks away from now, The Phenomenal One will likely be returning to SmackDown anytime. There have been rumors that he will battle Roman Reigns in the spectacular event.

The coming episode of the blue brand marks the return of Roman Reigns after two months of absence. On the other hand, AJ Styles also got some scores to settle with The Bloodline after everything that transpired. Hence, it is highly likely that the latter’s return could lead to Reigns and Styles reigniting their rivalry.
Fans might witness The Phenomenal One teaming up with either Cena or Knight to take on Jimmy and Solo in a tag team match at Crown Jewel. With Cena likely wrapping up his current run at the event, AJ Styles’ return to WWE adds an intriguing element to the mix.
