The fans of the Viper finally saw their prayers answered when Randy Orton made his triumphant return at Survivor Series 2023. After more than a year, they finally saw the three most dangerous letters in Sports Entertainment- RKO! Sean Sapp of Fightful has stated that WWE firmly believes that the Viper will ink a new deal.

However, as of now, there has been no news about a new signing by the Viper. Orton’s present contract is said to extend till the fall of 2023. With that said, the fans can see the Legend Killer for at least a year in the Stamford-based company.

However, many within the Company believe that the injury time of 18 months could add to his contract. This could make him stay for another two years up to 2026! One should only treat it as a possibility until the confirmation arrives from WWE.

Time will tell how the WWE Creative is going to handle the returning Viper. He recently joined SmackDown to continue handling his business with the Bloodline, especially Roman Reigns. Moreover, Fans got an awesome celebration by the Viper as he delivered a RKO to SmackDown General Manager, Nick Aldis.

On the podcast, the MMA Hour, Daniel Cormier tried to explore Randy Orton’s take towards Punk overshadowing his return to WWE. The former UFC Champion believes Orton has every right to be upset with it.

In a way, Cormier wanted to bring in the jealousy and frustration angle that Orton might be suffering. Whatever the case may be, both the superstars in the equation look quite happy. Though there is no Matt Riddle to accompany Orton. The Viper is more than ready to go for a solo run.
