One of the obstacles preventing Toxic Attraction from making their main roster debut is Mandy Rose’s reign as NXT Women’s Champion. As a result, Mandy is expected to lose the title to a challenger soon so that she can return to the main roster. Toxic Attraction may then engage in a feud with Damage CTRL.
