Roman Reigns is set to appear on Money In The Bank this year in London. There were a lot of rumors regarding it as Reigns’ schedule was not apparent to the fans. The WWE held a press conference and officially announced Roman Reigns would appear at the spectacular event.
The Tribal Chief has reduced his appearances from WWE since last year. The new clause in his contract does not require him to perform at house shows. It also allows him to make rare appearances on Raw and SmackDown. Besides, Reigns also serves only at selected premium live events. WWE gave him the freedom to perform at only significant events.
WRKD Wrestling tweeted the report, stating that Roman Reigns is scheduled to appear in London for Money In The Bank. According to reports, he will take on his cousins, the Usos while teaming up with Solo Sikoa. As a result, it will allow him to defend his title later at SummerSlam this year. WWE is yet to make an official announcement.
The Bloodline is on the verge of collapse as there has been tension within the faction. Roman Reigns and the Usos have not been on the same page ever since Sami Zayn betrayed The Bloodline. Moreover, the Usos’ defeat at WrestleMania added fuel to fire. There has been a turmoil going around The Bloodline in recent times, causing the members to implode several times.
Roman Reigns will team up with Solo Sikoa to take on Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn for the Tag Team titles. It will take place at the Night of Champions. The match came as a surprise for the fans as well as the Usos. The Tribal Chief believes the tag titles need to be back on The Bloodline, which the Usos failed to do.
Roman Reigns and The Bloodline’s status for Night of Champions 2023
The Bloodline’s storyline has been most compelling in WWE television in recent years. They have been ruling Friday nights for over two years now. Moreover, they have been constantly featured in the show’s main event and have managed to maintain the audience’s interest in the story.
Recently, some members of the faction have not been on the same page. After the Usos lost their Tag Team titles to Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn at WrestleMania 39, Roman Reigns has been furious with his cousins. The Bloodline was on the verge of imploding at Backlash in Puerto Rico. However, they somehow managed to momentarily stay together.
In the previous episode of SmackDown, Roman Reigns showed disappointment with his brothers. Reigns announced that he would personally take on Zayn and Owens with Solo Sikoa. The Tribal Chief vowed to bring back the Tag Team Championships to The Bloodline at Night of Champions. Fans will be looking forward as things transpire between the Usos and the Tribal Chief.
