The Celtic Warrior, Sheamus is one of the most hardworking superstars the company has ever had. He has achieved it all, except for the Intercontinental Championship. Many fans want him to return and fight Ringe General, Gunther for the title at WrestleMania, but WWE’s Matt Morgan has a different opinion about it.
Morgan was a part of the Gigantic Pop livestream and was discussing various topics about WWE. A fan sent a super chat and shared his opinion by saying Sheamus and Gunther need to happen once again at the Show of Shows. However, Morgan stated that, although he has nothing against Sheamus, it’s difficult for him to find a place at WrestleMania.

The 46-year-old had his last match against Edge on the August 18th episode of SmackDown. He has been out of action with a shoulder injury since then. Sheamus and Gunther have had some of the best matches during their rivalry. Their matches on Clash at the Castle and WrestleMania 39 received 5 stars. However, in both of those matches, the Ring General got the better of him.
It was a very good match, very hard hitting match. I liked they added Drew [McIntyre] to it last year, but no disrespect to Sheamus, I just don't think there's a spot on the cards for him [WrestleMania XL]Matt Morgan via Gigantic Pop
Fans are waiting for him to make his return and win the one title that has eluded him throughout his career. The I.C. champion Gunther admitted that he does not want the Celtic Warrior anywhere near his title, considering the history. Only time will tell when Sheamus will make his return and go after Gunther once again.
Sheamus posted a gif video of him and Drew McIntyre
Being a WWE superstar, Sheamus is also a sports fan and often posts pictures on Instagram in sports jerseys. This time, he expressed his feelings about sports on social media. The WWE Universe also enjoyed the post from Celtic Warrior about rugby.

The 46-year-old took to X and was impressed by the Irish rugby team and shared his video saying ‘Banger’ with his dear friend, Drew McIntyre. Sheamus is from Ireland, and his team recently defeated Wales by 31-7 and picked up an entirely one-sided victory.

The Irish team’s next match will be against England on March 9th, 10:15 p.m., and then they will play against Scotland after a week. As of now, Ireland is sitting at the top of the table while winning all of their matches one-sided. Due to being out of action due to an injury, Sheamus has to cheer for his team from his place.
