WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle recently revealed details about a 2020 offer from WWE. The offer was to manage former WWE star Matt Riddle, a proposition he ultimately declined. Despite having served as the special guest referee for Riddle’s Fight Pit match in NXT, Angle cited financial reasons for rejecting the managerial role.
On his Kurt Angle Show podcast, the former WWE Champion revealed that the financial aspect played a crucial role in his decision. He clarified that the offer to manage Matt Riddle fell short of his expectations. Angle expressed that the compensation needed to be more appealing for him to consider the role.
