“Still, it’s crazy,” Mercedes Mone reveals a special text message she received from Triple H recently
Mercedes Mone is set for an opportunity of her lifetime tonight at Battle in the Valley. However, hours before getting there, she has recalled the beautiful receiving she collected from Triple H.
Mercedes Mone and Triple H
She is here to make it global. Ever since debuting for NJPW at Wrestle Kingdom 17 back in January, Mercedes Mone has been thrashing records. At first, she boosted NJPW’s YouTube subscriptions, then sold-out the venue for tonight’s Battle in the Valley pay-per-view. So being said, The Standard gets her opportunity to become the new IWGP Women’s Champion in just few hours. She’ll go up against KAIRI in a rage to script history and begin her reign in Japan.
Before entering the sacred mat in San Jose, Mercedes Mone got emotional in a documentary posted on her YouTube Channel this morning. In the video, the Boss can be seen acknowledging her past from WWE and some heartwarming messages she received from people over there. Mone revealed that just prior to her NJPW arrival at the Tokyo Dome, her notifications popped with a good-luck text from Triple H.
Moving further, she gulped and paused for a moment to utter one of the other pleasing wishes from William Regal too. The former General Manager of NXT meant the world to Mercedes Mone back in WWE. In fact, he was the one who literally stood his ground to sign Mone with WWE in the first place. Mone literally got reduced into tears while talking about The Man’s Man.
The Blueprint has always been pretty vocal about Regal’s invaluable contributions towards her wrestling journey. It’s just so wholesome to know how much those men still value the inaccessible worth of their past treasure. “And also at midnight, I got a very nice text from Triple H, and still it’s crazy, and I got an amazing text from William Regal this morning”, said Mone in her documentary.

Mercedes Mone recently reflected on her time away from WWE
Given that the former Sasha Banks is now etched in the history books, she can now choose for herself. In a recent interview with TV Insider, the 31-year-old shed some light on her current schedule. According to the multi-time Women’s Champion, she’s very excited to have such freedom. Also, the fact that she can now dictate the narrative on her own terms even excites the case further.
Moving further, the CEO of NJPW’s Women’s division commented on how the past 9 months went like for her. Getting released from WWE due to some unimaginable circumstances to debuting in Stardom, it’s just been a blessing for her. At last, Mone didn’t forgot to mention that she hasn’t had such growth in her career like whatever the past 270 days gone by.
