Molly Holly is a WWE legend because she has done so much for the company. Fans recognize her as one of the top talents WWE signed during the Attitude Era because she was very entertaining and even had several amazing and memorable matches in the organization, including a hair versus the women’s title match. 

Molly Holly is a two-time WWE Women’s Champion and one of only four women to hold the WWE Hardcore Championship. She has made regular appearances in WWE as a surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble, but she is never in her normal persona.

She constantly appears as Mighty Molly, the superhero character she formerly had. She recently stated that she would like to return to the Royal Rumble. But WWE has yet to notify her whether she will be making a surprise return as a participant in the event or not.

Molly Holly said this at K & S WrestleFest Virtual Signing, “I told the creative writing team that if I do have to be in it [2023 women’s Royal Rumble], I need some advance notice because that hurts to go from not doing it for a long time and getting thrown in there so, they have not given me any notice as of yet and it’s getting close to that time. So they better tell me soon if I am gonna have to be in it.”

Holly has revealed that she has previously alerted WWE that she will make a return if necessary. She wants to tan her entire body and then prepare with some workouts. Holly believes the preparation is needed, as she is not currently active in the ring.

Holly confessed that she was unprepared for the last Royal Rumble since WWE did not inform her beforehand. She was only informed six days before the event. This is why this year she has already informed the backstage crew that she would want early notice. WWE has yet to grant it, making her comeback uncertain.

Molly Holly’s return to the WWE Royal Rumble will be one of the most exciting things to witness. She should get some ring time this upcoming Rumble, as opposed to the last time when she was kicked out in minutes. Fans will have to wait and watch what happens on the upcoming WWE PLE.
