The Tribal Chief could be seen holding his spine following the impact of Jey Uso’s dive.
The WWE Universe is speculating that this is the moment when Roman Reigns got injured. Roman and Jey delivered a grueling matchup even after Reigns got injured, likely in the first half of the match. The injury is minor and will not affect Roman’s schedule as of now. The Tribal Chief is expected to be featured on the shows.
While Jey Uso did not have a physical scar, he did have an emotional scar at SummerSlam after suffering betrayal at the hands of Jimmy Uso. Roman once again came out victorious and retained his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. It will be interesting to see who steps up next against the Head of the Table.

Possible directions for Roman Reigns and Jey Uso
The main event of SummerSlam could have been the last chapter of The Bloodline saga. However, it took an interesting turn, opening a new path for the story. In the climax of the match, Jimmy Uso appeared out of nowhere to cost his twin brother the match. Roman was surprised by this shocking turn of events.
The possible direction for this incident might be Jimmy Uso falling back in line and working as an ally for Roman once again. Another major thing that happened in the match was a tease of the rising tension between Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa. The Tribal Chief is still the Undisputed Champion and will most likely carry the title until next year’s WrestleMania.
Jey Uso will most likely be involved in a feud with his brother Jimmy Uso. On the other hand, Roman Reigns will likely begin a fresh feud on the roster. Bobby Lashley and AJ Styles are a few of the names rumored to have a feud with the Tribal Chief. It is going to be interesting to see how Roman reacts to this shocking turn of events from here on out.
