Set your alarms and fasten the seatbelts for another ultimate thrill ride. So being said, WWE has officially announced that this year’s Money in the Bank premium live event will be held in the United Kingdom. Going into further details, the capital city London will play as the host venue. The themed WWE event will emanate from the 02 arena in London on July 1st.
As everyone expected, WWE touring the United Kingdom for a premium live event will now be an annual tradition moving forward. After last year’s massive success of Clash at the Castle event, this announcement was bound to happen. Now, it seems like the promotion is keen on making Money in the Bank as a global spectacle.
For years, WWE has greatly considered Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, SummerSlam and the Survivor Series as their “Big 4”. But, the kind of move they’ve made for this year’s Money in the Bank is a huge step in direction to catapult it’s status. The tickets for the event will go on-sale at an undisclosed date.
Who will win this year’s Money in the Bank contract?
Although, it’s early to predict this year’s Mr. and Miss. Money in the Bank, some bold calls are already floating around. For men’s, LA Knight is considered as a strong contender to climb the ladder and grab the briefcase. At present, he’s involved in a high-profile feud with Bray Wyatt and they’re set to collide at Royal Rumble in a Pitch Black match.
As far as the women goes, letting the contract go with someone like Alexa Bliss can be fruitful too. At one point, the little Miss Bliss ruled the entire Monday Night Raw women’s division. She’s previously done the mentioned back in 2018. The Goddess cashed-in her Money in the Bank same night and became the new Raw Women’s Champion.

WWE needs to be very careful in the choices of winners they make for this year. As everyone’s aware of, Austin Theory’s cash-in over the United States Championship is already been termed as the worst one in history. Well, with Triple H at the gorilla position, the fans can expect some sensible booking decisions being made.
