Shockingly released Superstar reacts to being replaced by 29-year-old star in his scheduled title match against Dominik Mysterio

Last week was full of shocking releases for WWE as the deal with Endeavor came into effect. The list of superstars released included Mustafa Ali, who was in a feud with Dominik Mysterio on NXT for the North American Championship. The two were to fight at No Mercy for the title.
However, following Ali’s release, Trick Williams was added to the feud as he challenged Dirty Dom for the title instead. WWE officially announced the match and Williams will now take on Dominik for the title. Mustafa Ali immediately took to social media to show his appreciation for the 29-year-old, as he wrote, “Good for trick, deserves it.”
Trick Williams has been a regular on NXT for a few months now and has shown promise to be a big star. Therefore, Mustafa Ali showed his support for the star as he faced Dominik at No Mercy. Needless to say, Dominik and Trick will tear the house down in the upcoming premium live event.
On the other hand, Dominik Mysterio is on a phenomenal run. His North American Championship reign has been exceptional, as he is defending the title regularly. The title defenses came against the likes of Sami Zayn, Dragon Lee, Butch, Wes Lee, and Mustafa Ali. Therefore, Dominik has been among the most popular stars, as he gets a crowd reaction like no one else.
Mustafa Ali announces a world tour following his release
It was rumored and speculated for months that WWE might have talent cuts following the Endeavor deal. However, names like Dolph Ziggler and Mustafa Ali are on the list of released stars were a shock. Ziggler was a veteran in the company and was among the most respected superstars. On the other hand, Ali had just been in a solid storyline that portrayed him in a title feud on NXT.
Unfortunately, all of it came to a halt when the company released the 37-year-old. Mustafa Ali, a.k.a. Adeel Alam recently posted a picture on social media. Ali wrote his email address and announced that he would be doing a world tour wrestling in as many different countries as possible.
This would mean that Mustafa Ali can wrestle in countries like Japan, Mexico, England, and other countries in Europe. The former cruiserweight was in the WWE for almost seven years. Therefore, fans will have to see what is next for The Disruptor as he embarks on a new journey.
