Nikki Bella
Nikki Bella and her sister Brie Bella were inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2020. Nikki Bella achieved enormous success as a singles wrestler in WWE, and the Bella Twins are one of the most known faces on television owing to their many TV shows.
Nikki Bella had to retire from the ring in 2019 due to neck issues. She had been wrestling for years prior to that day, but she had been plagued by niggling injuries. Her neck was a continuous annoyance, with her finishing technique The Rack Attack putting a lot of strain on it and leading to her career-ending injuries.
Nikki’s decision to retire from the ring was influenced by more than just neck injuries. Doctors detected a cyst on her brain, which doctors told her meant she wouldn’t be able to wrestle again. Fortunately, it was innocuous and had no negative consequences in her life. She also stated that all of the neck injuries and surgeries had resulted in a ruptured disc, forcing her to retire. The physicians had no choice but to tell her to call it a day due to her neck injury and cysts, despite her desires.

However, Nikki Bella and her sister Brie haven’t totally retired from the ring. In 2018, the two competed in the first WWE Women’s Royal Rumble, and they both put on a spectacular show. In 2019, she competed in one more singles bout in WWE, facing Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey at Evolution, the first-ever all-pay women’s per view in WWE history. In 2022, she returned to the Royal Rumble, but she did not do as well as she had in 2018.
Nikki Bella said she’d love to return to WWE someday during a recent Q&A session on NBC’s AGT: Extreme 2022 YouTube channel, but it’s up to her doctors. She also stated that winning the women’s tag team championships in front of her son is a goal of hers.
“As long as the doctors say yes. Especially with my sister. When we left is when they brought in the tag titles. I would like it more when my son is like three or four. A dream of mine, especially as a woman, is to have one of the best matches of my career with my son sitting ringside and being like, ‘that’s my mom.’ I really would love to go back one day, with my sister, fight for the tag titles, and win them, of course, in front of our kids. That would be amazing.”
We hope to see the twin duos as soon as possible and with the amount of talent the women’s division has right now, there might be a number of dream matches waiting to be checked off the list.
