The current NXT Tag Team Champion, Baron Corbin, has been a huge name in WWE for years. The Wolf Dogs are running the yellow brand right now, which is now proving to be a resurgence for him. Corbin has portrayed a heel persona for the majority of his career and has gained heat from the WWE Universe. Amidst this, a huge wrestling fan and actor/rapper, O’Shea Jackson Jr., has shared his thoughts on him.

Jackson, who is better regarded as Ice Cube‘s son, has constantly shown his passion for professional wrestling. O’Shea’s X handle has posts about WWE and AEW happenings, showcasing his love for them. When he was asked about his favorite mid-card wrestler, a detailed justification came with Corbin’s praise.

Jackson Jr. recalled that the last man to pin The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns in a singles competition was Baron. The Lone Wolf is also the person responsible for retiring Kurt Angle in his last match at WrestleMania 35. O’Shea states him as underappreciated and he thus, followed to write, “Baron Fu*kin Corbin.”

The American actor concluded by saying that when people are busy booing him, he is the one standing up for an ovation. Even when Jackson is not in the arena cheering Corbin, he makes sure to support his dawg! Corbin has not only shifted gears from the main roster to NXT but also uplifted the talents there. His tag team partner, Bron Breakker, is part of the SmackDown roster and looks ahead to a bright future.

Baron Corbin’s two-word reply to O’Shea Jackson Jr.’s appreciation post

The X handle of O’Shea Jackson Jr. is evident enough to showcase his love for pro wrestling. The American rapper/actor is a vivid follower of both AEW and WWE and often posts about it. When he managed to laud Baron Corbin, his favorite mid-card wrestler, in return, he received a warm thanks!

Baron replied to that post by Jackson and posted a GIF of Bruce Lee’s greetings that saluted him. He also added the message My Man! to shower his limited responses on O’Shea’s heartening post. Even though the reply was pretty underwhelming, it was exciting to witness a passionate WWE fan lauding Corbin.

Baron is on NXT right now and wrestles alongside Bron Breakker. The duo form a team called The Wolf Dogs and are reigning as the NXT Tag Team Champions. Back on the February 13, 2024, episode of NXT, they defeated The Family to gain the titles for the first time as a team and also individually.
