Popular Raw Superstar expresses desire to team up with Cardi B for a tag team match at WrestleMania 40

WWE has had many celebrities appear on their shows over the years. Having a celebrity on the show skyrockets the ratings and helps WWE to get global recognition. For instance, Becky G and Lil Uzi Vert appeared at WrestleMania 39. Last year, it was reported that famous rapper, Cardi B is eyeing WrestleMania XL and could make an appearance with Raw Superstar Chelsea Green.

Chelsea Green recently took to X to signal the WWE Universe about the potential appearance of the global icon. She told me how the days of “#CardiCountdown” are counting and less than 40 days remain for WrestleMania XL. Moreover, she asked to be the rapper’s tag team partner. It appears WWE might book the rapper in an impromptu match at the Showcase of the Immortals if she decides to appear.

Multiple times, Cardi B has revealed her love for the WWE since her childhood days. Judging by the wide stream global attraction WWE will get by having her appear on the show, her appearance might be imminent.

WWE might book B like they did last year with Snoop Dogg. Snoop and The Miz served as the hosts for the biggest PLE of the year. Shane McMahon returned after Royal Rumble 2022 at the event and got injured before his match with Miz. As a result, Snoop fought him and he even hit him with The People’s Elbow. Similarly, Grammy Award Winner, Bad Bunny has wrestled in multiple matches in the WWE.

Under Triple H‘s leadership, multiple talents released due to budget cuts have returned. For instance, former AEW Superstar, Shawn Spears recently returned to NXT. Late Bray Wyatt also returned to the company in late 2022. Bronson Reed and Chelsea Green are some of the talents that have been praised a lot since their return to the company.

Since her return, the 32-year-old Superstar has been very entertaining but does not get enough credit for it. A recent backstage interview following her defeat at the hands of Raquel Rodriguez on Raw this week has left the WWE Universe buzzing.

She has portrayed comedic roles despite being a serious in-ring performer. She returned at Royal Rumble last year and has won the Tag Titles twice. At the 30-women Royal Rumble Match this year, she hilariously got destroyed by Nia Jax while entertaining the WWE Universe. It will be interesting if WWE utilizes her potential and books her in an impromptu match with Cardi B.
