The incident goes back to 2011 when WWE organised its Premium Live Event (then the Pay Per View Event) Vengeance. A tag team match was fixed between Triple H and CM Punk against R Truth and The Miz. The match lasted for over 16 minutes and eventually, the team consisting of R Truth and The Miz won the match.

The match invited a lot of controversy since everyone expected Triple H and CM Punk to win the match. Even CM Punk wasn’t happy with him losing the match. In reply to the statement, R Truth said, “CM Punk you lost to me and Miz cause we were HOTTER than you sorry, and I neva thought you were impressive at all, just typical entitlement.”

R Truth also elaborated on his feud with CM Punk. He said that he doesn’t like people who put his name in any kind of bullsh*t. Recalling his statement he added that it meant so much to him that too in a negative way. “It was just somebody like me and my character, to come back at somebody like that, in almost a negative way,” said R Truth.

He also spoke about his reaction to various things. He said if one keeps the things to himself and do not say any kind of bullsh*t, he won’t say anything against them. He called himself a ‘clap backer’. He also said that it was all cool between the superstars now. There is no beef between the two former WWE Superstars.
