The former 24/7 Champion has a big reason to believe why he's still in The Judgment Day.

R-Truth isn’t leaving any stone unturned in proving that he’s still in The Judgment Day. Last week on Raw, Damian Priest and Finn Balor invited Truth into the ring after successfully retaining their tag titles against DIY. JD McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio were already out celebrating with their boys. And finally, R-Truth came out. He ended up getting mauled by the villainous stable.

Fans were left heartbroken, as even The Miz couldn’t avert the danger. Taking it to his X account, R-Truth has consoled the fans and asked them to calm down. He googled the meaning of getting “jumped in” and posted a screenshot of the same. It said that getting jumped in is an initiation involving other group members beating the potential member to test his/her allegiance or fighting ability.

In that sense, Truth is definitely in The Judgment Day now. The fans were amusingly blown away by the reason he gave as to why he still considers himself a part of that stable. A fan asked him whether JD McDonagh has ever been jumped in. In his response, the real-life Ron Killings said that JD has never been a true member. It appears like WWE is continuing to indulge R-Truth with Judgment Day.

Calm down my peoples, I really appreciate your support and concerns, but it’s part of the gig… Live, Laugh & Love. I’m DEFINITELY in The Judgement Day now #dontbelievethehype #imin

On tonight’s Raw, The Miz, who arrived at his buddy R-Truth’s aid, will face JD McDonagh. The two superstars have met in the ring before. The A-Lister got the last laugh back then. It will be interesting to see whether McDonagh has learned from past experiences or not. And of course, whenever there are traces of The Judgment Day, R-Truth will follow suit.

Is WWE preparing R-Truth for a championship run?

One has to imagine what would be the endgame to R-Truth’s incessant efforts to get recruited by The Judgment Day. In recent weeks, The Miz has tried to talk R-Truth out of this mess. However, driven by internal allegiance, the 52-year-old veteran hasn’t been able to break the shackles.

Also, it doesn’t seem like WWE is going to drop the ongoing tantrums anytime soon. Initially, some fans thought that R-Truth would join forces with The Miz to take on Finn Balor and Damian Priest at the Elimination Chamber.

However, that won’t be happening. Instead, the current Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions are entitled to put their gold on the line in Perth against a different duo. Four teams will battle it out on Raw tonight to advance to face Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate on SmackDown.

The winner of that finale will earn a tag title shot against Balor and Priest at the Elimination Chamber. Meanwhile, R-Truth and The Miz seem set to dethrone The Judgment Day at WrestleMania 40.
