Randy Orton recently surfaced on the internet when a picture of him went viral. The Viper still seems to be in great shape and one could not make out if he had ever been injured. However, there hasn’t been any update on his return yet and it is still unclear if he’ll make it back to the ring ever again.
The ‘Wrestling Observer Newsletter‘ recently made some claims about Randy’s health update. Just like the entire WWE Universe, they’re also left unaware of any information regarding Randy Orton’s return to the ring. What made the fans worried was the statement that said, “His back injuries were very serious.”
Randy Orton had to go through surgery following his injury. However, the extent of the surgery hasn’t been made clear. His wife, Kim Orton, recently shared an Instagram post that shows Randy lying on his back. The caption-less post welcomed loads of love for the WWE Superstar.
Many sources have claimed that Orton’s WWE career has now come to an end and he’ll have to say goodbye to the ring. “A few months ago there was concern about whether he’d be able to return, or at best, it would be a long time, which it has already been,” Wrestling Observer’s report added. Such a statement coming from them has been heartbreaking statement for his fans.

Randy Orton has a glorious WWE run to date
Hailing from a family of wrestlers, Randy Orton has a genetic advantage with his wrestling skills. However, his hard work and efforts have made him one of the greatest stars in the pro-wrestling world. His abilities led him to acquaint himself with all the top names of the division including Triple H, Cody Rhodes and Edge to name a few.
‘The Viper’ has earned the WWE Championship 10 times whereas he held the WWE Heavyweight Championship 4-times. Apart from this, he also has multiple records to his name including being the youngest WWE Champion in the history of WWE with the record being held at the age of 24.
It has been almost 8 long months since the WWE Universe had a glimpse of Randy Orton in the ring. He last appeared in the ring along with his tag team partner – Matt Riddle. The duo ‘RK-Bro’ stepped against The Usos back in May 2022 where the latter won the match to unify the WWE RAW and SmackDown Tag Team Championship.
