Rhea Ripley and Asuka fought each other in a WarGames advantage match in the main event of Monday night Raw, just days before Survivor Series. The winner of the match will earn an advantage for their team in the WarGames match.

The advantage is having a 2-on-1 handicap situation, as members of the advantage team will be released first in the match. Asuka and Rhea Ripley, who had put their rivalry behind them after Charlotte Flair won the title last year, reignited their feud on Raw.
