WWE Universe loved the chemistry between Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley. Their relationship has transcended boundaries and stands as the epitome of a power couple in WWE. Ripley recently took to X to flirt with Dominik, as she said that Dom Dom can be her referee any day of the week.

The September 5 episode of NXT saw a singles match between Mustafa Ali and Dragon Lee. The match was to earn a shot at Mysterio’s NXT North American Championship with a unique twist. Both superstars wrestled in a grueling match with Dominik Mysterio as the guest referee.

WWE on TNT Sports X handle posted a GIF of Mysterio’s entrance as the referee with the purple and black striped T-shirt. The post had a caption stating, “A referee you can trust?” and tagged Dominik in the next line. Thus, Ripley replied to the post and wrote, “He can be my Ref any day of the week?” and romantically lauded Mysterio.

The closing moments of the match saw Mysterio favor Mustafa Ali with no countouts when he was absent in the ring. Dragon Lee rolled Ali for a pinfall, but Mysterio’s slow count did not let him win. The 26-year-old eventually handed Mustafa Ali the victory when he made a fast three-count when Ali rolled Lee.

Dominik Mysterio has been exceptionally outperforming in his heel run with The Judgment Day. His strong gimmick and the backing of his stablemates have resulted in him winning the North American Championship. But his recent role as the guest referee for a match on NXT was lauded by Rhea Ripley.

The Eradicator took to X and stated that Dominik is “the best and fairest ref of them all??“. In the post, Mysterio lay on his bed, wrapped in a blanket. The North American Title was over him as it reflected his pride. Dominik has emerged as one of the most prominent stars in WWE.
