Amidst all this, Kelley’s thoughts about The Eradicator have been quite excitable, as she enjoys spending time with her.

While talking with Chris Van Vliet, the WWE interviewer recalled the times when she did Ripley’s first-ever live interview. After NXT TakeOver: War Games 2019, Triple H and Cathy Kelley had a breakdown discussion about the event. At that moment, The Eradicator came in and made an announcement regarding the NXT team for Survivor Series the next day.

The WWE backstage interviewer mentioned that she enjoys working with Rhea Ripley and gets a different reaction from her. WWE backstage interviewer Cathy Kelley is one of the most loved personalities in WWE. The 34-year-old has been in the business since 2016, but she took a break during the pandemic. Her return in 2022 sparked interest among the WWE Universe, which has cherished her stay in the company ever since.

She has not only done interviews in the past but also wrestled in the ring. Cathy Kelley spoke to Chris Van Vliet about the time when she trained at Championship Wrestling from Hollywood. Cathy mentioned that the experience was not in her favor by stating, “I took one or two bumps until I knocked the wind out of myself!”

Kelley stated that even a small thing like running between the ropes is tough as it bruises her up in the back. She cited, “If you have not done it, it ends up creating calluses on your back. I was bruised for probably a week.” This gruesome experience made Cathy shift gears to interviewing and realize her core interest.
