Rhea Ripley is currently one of the favorites to win the Royal Rumble. The Eradicator is one of the finest performers in the current women’s locker room. Ripley’s strength is the main factor in her being a threat to other performers at the Royal Rumble.

She is one such female superstar in the locker room that can put some of the men in the locker room to shame. Ripley doesn’t back down from staring into the eyes of a male Superstar. Most recently, she was involved in a stare down contest with Solo Sikoa.

Over the years, women such as Beth Phoenix, Nia Jax, Chyna, and Kharma have been a part of the Men’s Royal Rumble. Rhea Ripley sharing similar qualities to these women, fans now want to see The Eradicator in the Men’s Rumble match. During a recent edition of The Wrestling Outlaws, Vince Russo mentioned that Rhea Ripley is taking 12 minutes to defeat other women wrestlers in some matches.

Russo said that Chyna never took that much time, so even if Ripley seems amazing, she isn’t ready to enter the men’s rumble. He indicated the improper booking of Ripley as the reason for her being inappropriate for the men’s rumble match.

“Chris, again, it’s the booking! Chris, we saw her go 12 minutes with Asuka. We’ve seen her go 12 minutes with other women. If she never went those 12 minutes with other women……It’s the booking, bro. If they would have never booked her that way, you could have done it.”

“Who is my pick this year? There is a lot of great talent……Iyo (Sky). Iyo’s been a favorite of mine because we go way back……But then again, Rhea (Ripley). I think I might have to lean towards Rhea, because I could see her as maybe a retirement match for me someday.”

After having a great pro wrestling career, Medusa announced her retirement in 2001. She wasn’t happy with the then product of wrestling and so hung her boots. Medusa is a three-time women’s champion and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2015. She also had a short stint with WWE in 2019, during which she won the now retired 24/7 Championship.
