Rhea Ripley and Buddy Matthews announced their engagement a few days ago. The couple had been dating for a couple of years before that. Usually, their relationship is often talked about online by fans, as they both are very active on social media, providing frequent updates.

In the most recent case, Ripley showed her soon-to-be husband the middle finger during a workout, savagely mocking him. An Instagram story posted on Matthews’ account depicted him being insulted by her after an intense workout. Moreover, the AEW superstar sarcastically captioned it with, “My biggest support system, Rhea Ripley”.

Afterward, The Eradicator gave a quirky reply to Buddy Matthews’ story. “That’s me,” wrote Rhea Ripley while sharing the video. Along with this were two emojis, with one of them being a devil face. Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley continued to assert their dominance on NXT this past week. Last week’s show ended with the Judgment Day pair escalating after a fight against Dragon Lee and Lara Valkyria. However, on the most recent episode, the Women’s World Champion laid out a challenge to their rivals for a mixed tag-team bout.

It was made official on the same night as next week’s television special, Heatwave. Since “Dirty” Dom captured the North American title, he has put a target on his back by engaging with wrestlers such as Lee, Mustafa Ali, and Axiom. Obviously, he is often accompanied by the Eradicator in his matches and confrontations with his opponents.

Meanwhile, Rhea herself has had issues with Valkyria for the past month or so. With the latter demanding respect from her, she has mentioned before that nobody on the Gold brand deserves the endorsement. Previously, the on-screen couple teamed up against the LWO’s Santos Escobar and Zelina Vega on the road to WrestleMania this year.
